Components of the Purpose Map

1. Purpose Statements show up at the top of the Purpose Map, these can be pinned to the section or the whole organization.


2. SWOT Analysis stands for Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats, each with their own text area to be filled out.


3. Below that is the "Where We Focus" or KPA (Key Performance Action) which is a text area that can be filled out freely.


4. The last two sections are for the CPI (Critical Performance Indicator) and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tables, showing one row or card for each item.
