The Trend Chart shows various useful charts for comparison on KPI/CPI data between years or quarters.
1. KPI/CPI title.
2. The two years being compared in the charts below.
3. A line graph chronicling the months between the first quarters first month and the fourth quarters final month, showing a line for the first years actual, and lines each for the second years goal and actual.
4. A bar graph showing the accumulated yearly actual and goal between the two years.
5. A bar graph comparing Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 actuals for the second year in the filter.
6. List of open Action Register tasks associated with the KPI/CPI for easy reference.
